This software kit provides a way to position the center of a circle quickly. It works together with a digital microscopic camera. The microscopic camera obtains the picture of a certain circle (for example a mark or a hole etc), transfer the data to a computer, the software calculates out a best-fit theoretical circle for the picture, and then gives the x-y position data for the circle’s center. For the camera now used, the accuracy of the center positioned can be within about 5 micrometer. It can also find geometry center of other shape than circle.

The software kit runs in Windows platform, copyright by this factory, can be tailored by customer’s specifications.

Applications:

Electromagnetic actuated automatic targeting and catching system; automatic drilling machine, or any other accurate positioning machine and systems.
